New dredge to monitor sand movements and debris deposits to monitor for damage

The dredge will run on the north side of Canal Street and Canal Road from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Wednesday morning.

Officials also are asking local residents to be cautious and watch for unusual and potentially dangerous movements of the sand dredge.
